In the automated beer production line, a closed-loop digital construction plan is formed for customers based on software and hardware platforms such as PLC, industrial computing, MES system, thus reducing the impact of human factors on product quality and establishing a product process traceability mechanism; TAICENN’s industrial computing solutions and equipment can help brewing enterprises to use digital technology to reduce energy consumption, reduce pollution and maintain a competitive advantage.
Firstly, in terms of production monitoring and control, the Industrial Panel PC can connect with sensors and control equipment on the production line to monitor and control parameters such as temperature, pressure and flow in the production process in real time. Through the digital visual interface, the operator can easily monitor the operating status of the production line and make necessary adjustments and controls.
Secondly, quality inspection and traceability after beer filling: The industrial touch screen monitor can be used for data collection and recording during the quality inspection process, together with machine vision inspection, for automated quality inspection and defect identification. This data can be associated with product batch information for product traceability and quality control.
